The products available in our online store are dispatched in packages or on pallets, the choice being contingent upon their weight and dimensions.<\/p>

Given that our workshops are dispersed across France, each product originates from a distinct shipping location. Consequently, it is advisable not to consolidate different products within the same order basket but to place separate orders for each. Our product delivery services extend to a wide array of countries. For specific destinations, shipping costs are computed based on estimates. Should your country not be listed among our destinations, kindly forward your inquiry to jrs@jardinsduroisoleil.com<\/a><\/p>

For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient assumes responsibility for any associated taxes and customs duties.<\/p>

  • Standard delivery<\/strong> via group transport in a semi-trailer truck with a tailgate, provided the location is accessible by a truck measuring 17 meters in length, 2.55 meters in width, 4 meters in height, and weighing 44 tonnes<\/li>
  • Delivery by small truck<\/strong> In cases of inaccessibility, delivery will be facilitated by a dedicated carrier, VL truck, or a carrier equipped with a tailgate.<\/li><\/ul>
